Test Your Golf Swing
Sunday, November 29th, 2009The Three Tee Test
Most amateur golfers have a tendency to swing somewhat out-to-in with their full swing – especially with their driver. This causes a great loss of potential power.
Do You Do It?
Let’s Find Out!
Tee up a ball and then place a tee a few inches in front of it (approximately 4-6 inches) straight down the target line. Then place another tee about two inches to the left of this tee.
Now, take your driver, swing and hit your ball. Did you hit or pass over the left tee? If so, then you probably have this problem in your swing. Don’t feel bad, it’s very common.
To gain distance and harness your natural power, just change this swing to in-to-out.
We’ve all heard this, but it’s a little easier said than done. There are reasons why this seems so hard to do, yet actually it is an easy change.
Learn how easy it can be by practicing the first drill in Lesson #1 of Easy 80 Golf for just a few minutes each day.
Happy Golfing,
